We loved staying at this hotel located in a peaceful area with a newly-developed suburb. The staff at the reception were very friendly and accommodating, always giving excellent service. The in-room amenities were great, including the mini-bar and electric kettle. The garden furniture provided a comfortable sitting area in the terrace outside which was perfect for relaxation. The housekeeping service was also impressive.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with top-notch room service and facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Garden in Florence. The staff were really good too assist me. Before arrival, I emailed them with a special request to make a reservation at a restaurant that didn't have a website. Not only did they immediately honor my request, but they also confirmed the reservation before my arrival. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the tram, making it effortless to reach the city center in less than 15 minutes. getting to the airport was easy. The friendly and cute service from the staff made my stay nice. The only minor drawback was the shower door setup, challenging to keep the water from splashing onto the floor. Despite this, I had an overall pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, just outside the city center, but conveniently close to the tram station which took us into the heart of the city in just a few minutes. The hotel itself was modern and clean, with a large restaurant and bar. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast options were delicious, and we especially appreciated how accommodating they were to our little son. The parking was ample and convenient, and our room had a beautiful garden view with a small balcony. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
